UIN Online – Public Health sent away 82 Public Health students (Public Health) of Health Sciences Faculty (FIK) to the Field Experience Learning (PBL) location, Monday (02/03/2014).
Before sending them away to their PBL location, they were equipped by materials that can support their activities there, some of them are the importance of PBL II and work program identification.
This activity would be held for 14 days in the Bulukumba regency, said Fais Satrianegara, SKM., MARS., the head of Public Health Department when interviewed.
"The purpose of PBL is to determine the problem priority through physical and non-physical interventions such as making Channels Wastewater Disposal (SPAL) and health counseling" he said.
The secretary department, Nurdianah Syarifuddin, SKM., MPH., added that this was also as an evaluation of PBL and hopefully they could intervene in non-physical as well such as counseling technique.
