Online UIN - Massea Bateman MD. DTM&H gave socialization about Maternal Neonatal Health Research (Research on Neonatal Maternal Health) in Health Sciences Faculty (FIK) Alauddin State Islamic University (UIN Alauddin),Samata, Tuesday ( 02/25/2014 ).

The prioritized things in this socialization especially on Maternal and Neonatal Health include eclampsia re-eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, care referral and quality premature infants, stillbirths, asphyxia, and sepsis.

Massea Bateman, the Senior Health Advisor of USAID Indonesia, stated that the socialization was very important by looking at the number of disease occurrences in Indonesia.

"The main purpose of this activity is to build the cooperation between the US and Indonesia in terms of health improvement," he said when presenting the socialization material.

The man who used to be in charge as the Chief of Maternal and Child Health and Urban Health in the US Agency for International Development (USAID) expected that FIK could participate in the socialization development to Maternal and Child Health and Urban Health in the U.S. Agency for International Development.
