UIN Online – Midwife Mariam living alone and needing treatment and care made Diploma Student Association (HMD) of Midwifery held fundraising at Alauddin State Islamic University campus (UIN Alauddin), Saturday (02/15/2014).

The social action undertaken by HMD of midwifery aims to provide assistance to midwife Maryam reduce her burden of living alone, said Musmir, the chief of Midwifery HMD.

"Seeing midwife Mariam so sick and living alone his little hut that we took the initiative to conduct the fundraising to her," he said.

Musmir added that the fundraising results obtained will be referred directly to midwife Mariam who is currently in Labuang Baji hospital, and we hope that there will be more people participated in helping to ease the burden of this old woman.
